Colorado Ice Host "College Night" This Friday

Fort Collins, CO – The Colorado Ice Professional Indoor Football Team has themed this Friday’s game against the Sioux City Bandits as “College Night.” Any student who shows a college ID at the Budweiser Events Center box office will get $3 off the regular ticket price. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. MST, but fans are encouraged to come early to help kickoff the 2008 season with a pregame tailgate party in front of the BEC at 5:30 p.m. There will be food, drinks, contests, music and appearances by Glacier and the Colorado Icicles.
Many players are local favorites and fans are encouraged to come out and support players who have continued their careers. Names like Travis Garcia and George Hill from Colorado State University, D.J. Craft, Steve Frye (Loveland HS) and Ryan Palmer from the University of Northern Colorado, Rod Jackson, Deric Yaussi (Poudre HS) and Dorsey Golston from the University of Wyoming, and many other locals fill the roster.
