Colorado Ice Support Windsor Community
May 28, 2008
Fort Collins, Colo. - The Colorado Ice professional indoor football team will take time out of their daily lives and spend Thursday in Windsor, Colo. helping residents clean up the debris left by the destructive tornadoes that came through Northern Colorado late last week. The tornadoes hit close to home, affecting the communities that the Ice players, coaches and staff work and live in.
In light of the recent disaster, the Ice organization would like to offer an opportunity for Windsor residents to relax and enjoy themselves for an evening. All Windsor residents who show a valid ID with residency will receive free admission into the indoor football game at the Budweiser Events Center on June 6 when Colorado hosts the three-time defending United Bowl champion Sioux Falls Storm at 7:30 p.m.
The Ice will visit rival Billings Outlaws this Saturday, May 31 at 7 p.m. before returning home for the final two regular season games; June 6 at 7:30 p.m. against the Sioux Falls Storm for Hometown Heroes Night and June 13 at 7:30 p.m. against the Wichita Wild for Fan Appreciation Night. |
