Fort Collins, Colo. – Colorado Ice defensive back DJ Craft will be featured on several Northern Colorado Clear Channel radio stations during the Friday morning commute between 7:30-8:30 a.m. Clear Channel hosts Big Country 97.9, 96.1 KISS FM, 107.9 The Bear, 1410 KIIX and 600 KCOL.
Craft has played in all nine games for the Ice so far this season and leads the team in interceptions (3-43-1) which ties for seventh in the league, ranks third on the team in tackles (48) which is good for 12th in the league.
Craft is another product of the University of Northern Colorado (UNC) where he was tabbed as an honorable mention All-Big Sky Conference selection in 2007 after tallying 70 tackles, three pass breakups and three interceptions during his senior year. Craft played football, basketball, baseball, lacrosse and ran track for Arapahoe High School and earned All-State and All-Colorado nods in football. Craft just completed his BA at UNC in criminal justice with a minor in sociology.
This game wraps up a three home game series for the Ice. They travel to Sioux City to face the Bandits on May 24 for a 7 p.m. CT/6 p.m. MT kickoff before facing the Outlaws in Billings the following weekend.
