Colorado Ice in the Community

The Colorado Ice professional indoor football team (4-6) will have players visiting schools to talk to students over the next few weeks.  This Thursday, May 22, around 10 a.m. players will be speaking at Tavelli Elementary’s Health and Wellness Assembly about the importance of education, physical activity and healthy lifestyles.  Tavelli is located at 1118 Miramont Drive in Fort Collins.

Next Wednesday afternoon, May 28, players will make an appearance at Carrie Martin Elementary’s Career Exploration Day to visit with the students and share their experiences.  Carrie Martin is at 4129 Joni Lane in Loveland.

The Colorado Ice are dedicated to making a difference in the community and supporting community events.  To have the Ice visit your school or community event, please visit the website at www.thecoloradoice.com and fill out a request form under Community.

Colorado will hit the road this week against the Sioux City Bandits. The game is slated for Saturday, May 24, at 7 p.m. CT/6 p.m. MT.  The Ice will visit rival Billings Outlaws on May 31 at 7 p.m. before returning home for the final two regular season games; June 6 at 7:30 p.m. against the Sioux Falls Storm for Hometown Heroes Night and June 13 at 7:30 p.m. against the Wichita Wild for Fan Appreciation Night.
