Fort Collins, Colo. - The Colorado Ice professional indoor football team (6-8) has been offering their support in many ways to the victims of the tornadoes that rolled through Windsor, but this time Colorado Ice fans were able to lend a hand, or a dollar. The Ice collected donations throughout the game on June 6, the night all Windsor residents got in free and Windsor Mayor John Vazquez spoke at halftime. Donations totaled over $1300 and will go to repairs on the Chimney Park ball fields, the same park many players, coaches and staff helped clean up the week following the storms.
