Truman State (2007): Named second team all-MIAA at defensive end after leading the Bulldogs at 10.5 tackles for loss…had a pair of sacks against Fort Hays State…had a season-high 2.5 tackles for loss in two games, against Central Missouri and Fort Hays State…tied for fourth in the MIAA in sacks per game at 0.59…was ranked 208th in NCAA in total tackles and 76th in sacks…was voted the Lineman of the Year by squad…earned defensive player of the game award twice (Pittsburg State and Missouri Southern).
Truman State (2006): Was a three-time MIAA Defensive Player of the Week including back-to-back honors in mid-October…won the award the first time with nine tackles, a sack and forced fumble in win over Central Missouri…repeated the honor following a seven tackle, two forced fumble performance in victory over Emporia State…the next week against Washburn, had eight tackles with six solo and a fumble recovery for the trifecta…was third on the team in total tackles with 57 (31 solo, 26 assisted) and had three sacks…was the squad’s top defender against the rush with 51 of his 57 tackles coming in running plays…was tied for fourth in the MIAA and 42nd nationally in forced fumbles per game at 0.27.
Truman State ( 2005): As a true freshman, appeared in all 11 games as a backup at the defensive tackle position...recorded at least one tackle in every game...had a season-best four tackles against Emporia State, with all of them being solo stops...recorded a nine-yard sack against Southwest Baptist...had two turnovers on the year with an interception against Northwest Missouri and a fumble recovery against Missouri Western...blocked a field goal attempt versus Missouri Southern.
High School: A three-year starter...a first-team all-state player as a senior...a three-time first-team all-conference and all-area performer...also lettered in wrestling and baseball.
