Heron O’Neal

Coach O has been in the Indoor Football game since the early 2000′s, as a player, and started his coaching career in 2005.
A native of Chicago he played at Mt. Carmel and received a full ride scholarship to Western Michigan University, where he Red-Shirted in 1993 and was a 4 year starter. In 1998 Coach O went to the NFL Combine and signed as a free agent with the Jacksonville Jaguars practice squad. Then signed as a free agent in 1998 with the Chicago Bears.
In the 2000′s Coach O played for the following teams: 2000-2001 Milwaukee Mustangs, 2002 Mohegan Wolves, 2003 Green Bay Blizzard.
Coach O started his coaching career in 2005 as the Defensive Coordinator for the Wyoming Cavalry. From 2006 – 2010 Coach O was the Head Coach of the Billings Outlaws, where he led the team to 3 National Championships. The NIFL in 2006 and the IFL in 2009 & 2010.
