Poku spent three seasons at ENMU, accumulating 204 receptions for 2,327 yards and 24 touchdowns. In his Senior season Poku recorded 86 receptions, for 932 yards and 11 touchdowns. Poku’s talent did not go unnoticed as he received many honors throughout his collegiate career; from both the Lone Star Conference and other various Division II organizations. After his Senior season Poku signed with the Dallas Cowboys as a preferred free agent.
