| Purchase of Season Tickets |

| If you elect to make your payment by mail, please allow five days for delivery and processing. From prompt and accurate billing, please remit your payment with the remittance portion of your invoice for each account invoiced. By remitting the deposit, installment payment or payment in full, the account holder agrees to and accepts all conditions of purchase, use, transferability and other terms and policies applicable to Colorado Ice tickets. Terms and policies may be modified from time to time. |

| Parking |

| The Budweiser Events Center has assessed a $2 per ticket parking fee on all tickets sold for the Colorado Ice. This will facilitate fans arriving at the stadium by driving directly to the parking areas, rather than paying at the parking entrances. |

| The Budweiser Events Center has assessed a $1 per ticket facility fee on all tickets sold for the Colorado Ice. |
| |
| Seat Improvement Opportunities for 2009 Season |
 |
| The Colorado Ice will be pleased to consider seat improvement request from Account Holders who pay their renewal initial installment or payment in full and submit a seat improvement request for the 2009 UIF season. Seat improvement will be based on the account priority, with the oldest Ice customers processed first. Account Holders must exchange your current seats in order to accept the seats offered as seat improvement. More information on this process will be included in the 2009 season ticket information renewal package. |

| Stolen and Lost/Destroyed Tickets |
 |
| To accommodate season Account Holders, if tickets are lost or stolen, the season ticket account holder of record may contact the box office for information on how to replace those tickets. |

| Seat Transfers |
 |
Season tickets may be transferred to an immediate family member only, so when tickets are purchased, each person should take care to purchase them in their own names.
Immediate family members are considered as father, mother, husband, wife, brother, sister, son or daughter. There will be a $5 per seat transfer fee for approved transfers. Transfers must be submitted prior to December 31, of each year on forms provided by the Colorado Ice. No photocopies will be accepted. Documentation of immediate family relationship will be required, (copies of birth certificates usually).
Account Holder names changed due to marriage or the adding of new spouses on season ticket accounts shall be changed at no charge by completing the transfer policy and providing a copy of the marriage certificate.
Account Holder names changed due to divorce court order will be charged the transfer fee and must provide the court order.
Account Holder name changed due to death of the Account Holder to the spouse of the account holder shall be changed at no charge by completing the transfer form and providing a copy of the death certificate and the personal representative approves of the transfer.
Tickets purchased in a business entity name shall remain in a business entity name and transferred on to successor business entities. Tickets purchased in an individual's name shall remain in an individual's name and transferred only to immediate family members. |

| Change of Address |
 |
| The customer of record is responsible to maintain accurate contact information on accounts including but not limited to mailing address, day, evening and cell telephone numbers and email addresses. This is to insure prompt deliver of notices, tickets and other dated information. Change of addresses may be made by fax to the ticket office with a reference to the account number and a copy of a government issued photo identification, such as driver's license. |

| Relinquishing Tickets and Canceling Accounts |
 |
Account Holders desiring to reduce the number of Ice season tickets on their season account may do so by submitting in writing the exact seat locations they wish to relinquish. If an Account Holder wishes to cancel their account completely, please return an invoice with a letter indicating a desire to cancel the account. Any accounts canceled after December 31, 2007 but prior to tickets being distributed, (defined as available via email or mailed via US Mail or a private company) will be charged a $25 per account cancellation fee to be deducted from payments previously made.
Any remaining credit balance will be refunded within four to six weeks by the Ice. There are no cancellations or refunds for any tickets for any reason after the tickets are made available for distribution. |

| Ice Cool Zone |

| The Colorado Ice will rely on its fans to bring their excitement and enthusiasm with them to the game. However, theBudweiser Events Center and Ice games are geared toward family entertainment. Therefore, we have established a policy that respects the rights of all fans and ask that you cooperate. This policy includes but is not limited to: |

Refrain from foul, obscene, offensive or abusive actions or language |

Refrain from unruly or inconsiderate behavior |

Refrain from interfering with the progress of the game, going onto the field, or throwing any object onto the field or the arena premises |

Refrain from smoking, except in designated places of the Budweiser Events Center property |

|
 |
Refrain from excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages |

 |
|
|
 |
Refrain from indecent exposure or undressing |

Refrain from conduct that endangers spectators or participants |

Refrain from interfering with security screening at gate entrances or inside the Budweiser Events Center |

The Ice values your enthusiasm but asks that all fans exercise good judgment and observe the Cool Zone policy listed herein. Please respect the rights of others by displaying proper decorum so that fans of all ages can enjoy the Ice games.
Violators will be subject to ejection from the Budweiser Events Center. All Account Holders are responsible for their conduct as well as for the conduct of guests occupying their seats. Violations, by either the account holder or their guests, may result in the revocation of game tickets or season tickets being revoked without reimbursement to the Account Holder and/or the holder of the ticket license at the discretion of the Colorado Ice and/or the Budweiser Events Center. |

| Season Ticket Account Policies |
 |
| 1. Season Ticket Accounts |
| |
| A Season Ticket Account is a revocable license issued annually by the Colorado Ice, (Ice) as licensor. Season ticket accounts are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies, (including the Cool Zone) established from time to time by the Colorado Ice. The current policies may be modified and/or supplemented at any time by the Colorado Ice. Any modifications or new policies will be effective when adopted. Season ticket account holders should not rely upon or have any expectation that the policies presently applicable to Season Ticket Account Holders will be applicable at any time in the future. |

| 2. Purchase From Year-To-Year |
| |
Season Ticket Account Holders are valued customers of the Colorado Ice and the Ice will diligently attempt to accommodate its customers. However, the opportunity to purchase season ticket accounts from year-to-year, at any seat location is a privilege granted by the Colorado Ice, which may be revoked at any time. Neither a Season Ticket Account, nor the opportunity to purchase a Season Ticket Account from year-to-year, constitutes any form of legal or equitable right, including without limitation an express or implied contract, lease, option, right of first refusal, implied trust or expectancy interest. There is no automatic right to purchase a Season Ticket Account from year-to-year, nor is there any guarantee that this privilege will be offered or granted by the Colorado Ice.
Season Ticket Account Holders should not form any manner of reliance on the privilege to purchase a Season Ticket Account from year-to-year, nor there be any prescriptive right to purchase as Season Ticket Account annually. The privilege to purchase a Season Ticket Account from year-to-year is not "property" and creates no property rights whatsoever under state statutory or common law or under the United States Bankruptcy Code. Locations of seats in a Season Ticket Account from year-to-year shall be determined by the Colorado Ice in its sole discretion. The Colorado Ice reserves the right to hold seats for the use of the organization, its employees, the UIF and sponsors. |

| 3. Limited Transfer Policy |
| |
Except as expressly set forth in this section, season tickets and season ticket accounts are nontransferable, including without limitation assignment or transfer to a third party, change of names, (except upon submission of a marriage certificate or court order evidencing the same) or purported assignments to an "in care of " status.
A Season Ticket Account Holder may not either voluntarily or by operation of law, assign, encumber, sublicense or otherwise transfer a Season Ticket Account, (collectively "Transfer") EXCEPT that a Season Ticket Account Holder shall be permitted to transfer a season ticket to (i) an Affiliate (defined below) IF the Account holder is a partnership, corporation, or limited liability company (in which case the account must be transferred in its entirety) or (ii) to Immediate Family Members (defined below) if the Account Holder is an individual by reason of gift or death only (in which case the account may be transferred in whole or in part; provided however that if less than all of the seats in the account the transferring party must designate which party to be assigned the present priority number and the other party or parties will be assigned new priority numbers. For purposes of section three herein, "Affiliate" means any entity controlling, controlled by or under common control (directly or indirectly) with the Season Ticket Account Holder ("control" shall mean the ownership of more than 50% of the controlled or controlling entity) and "Immediate Family Member" means a parent, spouse, child or sibling. Season ticket accounts are not deemed to be property of an estate in bankruptcy and are not transferable under the United States Bankruptcy Code.
In the event a Season Ticket Account Holder files for protection under the Bankruptcy Code, the subject Season Ticket Account shall immediately become void and of no further force and effect and the Ice shall be entitled to resell the Season Ticket Account to a third party in its sole and complete discretion. If the Season Ticket Holder of Record is deceased, the court appointed Personal Representative may transfer the tickets to one or more of the deceased Season Ticket Holder's immediate family members as defined above. The Personal Representative must provide documentation by the courts authorizing him or her to act in that capacity and information or documentation to demonstrate that the Proposed Season Ticket Holder is an Immediate Family Member. |

| 4. Revocation of Season Ticket Accounts And Tickets - Disputes |
| |
The Colorado Ice reserve the right to revoke any season ticket, Season Ticket Account or single game ticket or single game account without cause upon tender of the refund based on the price printed on the face of the ticket. The Colorado Ice reserve the right to revoke any season ticket, Season Ticket Account, single game ticket or account with cause and without refund, because without limitation, violation of any of the policies of the Colorado Ice or the Budweiser Event Center, misconduct, (see the Cool Zone Policy), ticket ownership disputes involving the Ice, and profiteering through the resale of season ticket locations or Season Ticket Accounts.
A season ticket or single game tickets will not be recognized, honored or received for admission if purchased from a source other than the Colorado Ice or its authorized agencies. Unauthorized outlets include, but are not limited to, any broker, speculator, scalper, or other person who resells tickets at a price greater than the price printed thereon.
Tickets may not be advertised for resale by the Account Holder, including but not limited to newspapers, internet or any other kind of media. All costs of the Ice, including attorney's fees, relating to any dispute concerning Season Ticket Account ownership costs, benefits and/or policies (whether or not the Ice are named as a party in any litigation) will be charged to the Season Ticket Account Holder of Record. There are no refunds or exchanges on Ice season tickets after ticket distribution. |

| 5. Americans with Disability Act Information |
| |
| The Colorado Ice will fully meet and comply with the American with Disabilities Act and its implementing regulations to ensure that patrons with disabilities receive full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages or accommodations provided by the Budweiser Event Center. ADA seating is limited, so we suggest that patrons plan early to acquire seating. |

| 6. Miscellaneous |
| |
The Colorado Ice is not responsible for and the ticket holder assumes all risk incident to the game and/or related events, to which this ticket admits the holder, including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury. The ticket holder will not transmit or aid in the transmitting of any picture, account or description (whether text, data or visual in any media now or hereinafter existing of all or any part of the football game or related events. Breach of the foregoing may result in legal action against the ticket holder.
The ticket holder grants to the UIF, the Colorado Ice, the Budweiser Event Center and its designees the irrevocable permission to use his or her voice or likeness in any media now or hereinafter existing in connection with all or any part of the football game or related events, for any purpose whatsoever, including the commercial purposes of the UIF, the Colorado Ice, the Budweiser Event Center and their sponsors, licensees, advertisers or broadcasters. The ticket holder may not enter the football game or otherwise use the ticket for advertising, promotion, or commercial purposes, (including give-a-ways, contests, sweepstakes). |
